FREDRIC F. AZRAK, ESQ.
MEMBER NJ, NY and WASHINGTON, D.C. BAR

Is a native of Passaic County, NJ, graduating from Rutgers University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in History. Subsequently graduating Samford University, Cumberland School of Law with a Juris Doctorate, Mr. Azrak is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court. Mr. Azrak is also admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as Washington, D.C. and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Fredric F. Azrak served and was Honorably Discharged from the US Coast Guard. An avid community activist, Mr. Azrak’s involvements include: founder, former chairman, Pequannock Valley Chamber of Commerce, former vice-president, Pequannock Valley Rotary Club, member, Greater NJ Estate Planning Council, NJ Planning Officials Association, Pequannock Township Fair Housing Committee, Pequannock Township Businessmen’s Association, Montville NJ Rotary Club, Pequannock Township Republican Club as well as the Morris County and NJ State Bar Associations.

Mr. Azrak’s business and litigation expertise have enabled him to practice on the national level throughout the United States. Under his supervision, the firm currently serves several international corporations. As the founder of Azrak & Associates, Fredric F. Azrak continually strives to guide his firm toward providing an exceptionally broad range of quality legal services to the individuals and business community, which it serves. Mr. Azrak is a skilled trial attorney and negotiator. He is a well known attorney appearing before Municipal Boards throughout the New Jersey and New York on Zoning and Planning issues. He is a frequent lecturer on topics from real estate to complex litigation. Fredric F. Azrak is married and, with his wife, Kathy, has two children.

 

PETER V. MCARTHUR, ESQ.
MEMBER NJ BAR

Received his BA in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Glassboro State College and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan and is licensed in all Courts within the State of New Jersey. Peter V. McArthur is a former Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Summit and a former Associate Counsel to the Summit Housing Authority. He has 20 years experience in the general practice of law and during his tenure with Azrak & Associates has concentrated in the areas of municipal land use, real estate, civil litigation, wills, estate planning and criminal law.

Peter V. McArthur is actively concerned with community service having held the position of President of the Kiwanis Club of Somerset Hills, is the former Chairman of the Staff Parish Committee and the current Chairman of the Church’s Administrative Council of Bishop Janes United Methodist Church. For the past five years he has managed the Basking Ridge Little League including two years as a coach in the League’s Summer Tournament team program. He has also served on the Board of Trustees for Newbridge Services and is the current Vice President. Peter V. McArthur also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pequannock Valley Chamber of Commerce. Peter V. McArthur is married and resides in Basking Ridge with his wife and son.


STEVEN BRIZEK, ESQ.
MEMBER NJ AND NY BAR

Steven Brizek graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the George Washington University with a B.A. Degree in Political Science.  In 1974 he earned is law degree and graduated Cum Laude from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.

He was an assistant prosecutor in the Trial Section of the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office for over 27 years.  He engaged in over 350 jury trials in addition to the thousands of matters that he handled in the course of his prosecutorial career on the municipal, superior, and appellate court levels.

His legal experience also includes representation of clients in the areas of corporate/commercial, real estate, and other civil litigation while working on the staff of a prominent Newark, NJ law firm.

He also served in the United States Navy as a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps.

 

ROBIN S. CAIAZZO, ESQ.
MEMBER NJ AND NY BAR

Robin S. Caiazzo received her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.  In 1991, she received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Delaware.  In 2001, she graduated with recognition as a Charter Member of the Alpha Kappa Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Lambda from Montclair State University with an MA in Counseling.  Ms. Caiazzo is licensed to practice law in all courts within the States of New Jersey and New York, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Ms. Caiazzo has 20 years of experience in the general practice of law with a particular focus on issues involving family, consumer-related litigation, marriage and civil union planning, divorce, guardianship, name changes, estate planning, and residential and commercial real estate transactions.  As part of her training, Ms. Caiazzo has worked with the Division of Youth and Family Services in Passaic County and with the Association for the Advancement of the Mentally Handicapped.  Ms. Caiazzo has received family mediation training.

Robin S. Caiazzo is an enthusiastic activist in community service.  For the past 10 years she has served as a leader in the Northern New Jersey Council of the Boy Scouts of America where she currently serves as Council Training Chairperson.  She is also a member of the Patriots’ Path Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  She currently serves as a staff member on the National Youth Leadership Training and Wood Badge-Adult Leadership Training courses.  Ms. Caiazzo is the Treasurer of KAMELOT, a municipal alliance in Kinnelon maintained by the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.  She also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Congregation of Kinnelon.

Ms. Caiazzo is married and resides in Kinnelon with her husband, David, and their two sons.
